Who we are

LLC TenThousand (“we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data processed through the website tenthousand.io. For any privacy question, contact [email protected].

What we collect

Forms. When you submit the Contact, Careers or Internship form, we collect the details you enter: name, email, company, job title, country, Telegram/WhatsApp, your message, and – for applications – optional profile fields and, if you attach one, a CV file.

Usage. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect standard analytics data about your visit (pages viewed, device, approximate location) through the tools listed below. Without consent, these tools are not loaded.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, evaluate applications and communicate with you; and, with your consent, to understand and improve how the site is used. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered through Formspree. Uploaded CV files are delivered to our private Telegram workspace via the Telegram Bot API. Website analytics, only after consent, is provided by Google (Google Analytics 4 / Firebase) and Meta (Meta Pixel).

These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Cookies and consent

Essential cookies keep the site working and need no consent.

Two optional categories load only if you allow them, and each can be allowed or refused separately. Analytics – Google Analytics 4 (Firebase) – shows how the site is used so we can improve it. Marketing – the Meta Pixel – measures and attributes our campaigns.

Nothing in the optional categories loads before you consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie Settings” in the footer.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process form data to take steps at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), analytics and marketing on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), and our legitimate interest in running and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention

We keep enquiry and application data only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal obligations, then delete it. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s settings – for Google Analytics, up to 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, contact [email protected].

Children

Our site and services are aimed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16; if you believe a child has given us data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the current version.
